What to expect:

 

We begin with a cacao ceremony.

Ceremonial grade cacao, a guided blessing, and a short meditation to drop you fully into your body and out of your head. Cacao is a plant ally that increases blood flow to the heart and brain she quiets the inner critic, opens the heart, and creates the kind of presence where your hands know what to do before your mind has figured it out.

 

Then we make something.

Shelly will guide you through creating a pinch pot, one of the oldest and most meditative forms of making. No experience needed or expectation of what it should look like. Just your hands, the clay, and whatever wants to emerge.

 

Your pinch pot can become anything. A vessel for your morning cacao ritual at home. A catch-all for the things you reach for every day. A small altar piece. A place to rest something precious. Or simply something beautiful that your hands made on a Thursday night when you gave yourself permission to create without agenda.
